Personal data provided through the contact or booking form are used to manage enquiries, bookings and customer service relating to the mountain activities, courses, trips and expeditions offered by the company through Mirando al Sur.
3. Types of data processed
Contact details collected include name, email address and telephone number. Depending on the programme booked, the identification and equipment information described in section 4.2 of the General Terms and Conditions may also be requested, such as a Spanish identity card number (DNI), clothing sizes and shoe size, where relevant to the activity.
Depending on the activity, additional information about the participant's physical condition may be requested only when strictly necessary to assess whether the activity is suitable for that participant.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis for processing is the data subject's consent, given by voluntarily submitting the contact or booking form, and the performance of a contract or pre-contractual arrangements in connection with an activity booking.
5. Recipients
Data will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law or necessary to provide the requested service.
6. Data retention
Data will be retained for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry or booking and while legal or contractual liabilities may arise. They will then be securely deleted.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data.
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request deletion of data that are no longer necessary.
- Object to processing or request its restriction.
- Request portability of your data.
To exercise these rights, contact the controller at info@mirandoalsur.es, clearly stating which right you wish to exercise. If there are reasonable doubts about your identity, only the additional information necessary to confirm it may be requested.
Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

Participation by minors depends on each activity's requirements. A parent's or guardian's consent and a photocopy of that parent's or guardian's Spanish identity card (DNI) will be requested on the day of the activity, in accordance with sections 3.7 and 4.4 of the General Terms and Conditions. Data needed to manage their participation will be processed for the purposes described in this policy.
