Everest Base Camp trek in Nepal

Walk through the Khumbu Valley towards Everest Base Camp (5,364 m) on a 15-day programme combining mountain landscapes and Sherpa culture. Mirando al Sur’s itinerary passes Namche Bazaar, Tengboche, Dingboche and Gorakshep, with Kala Patthar as a planned viewpoint.

This is a trek to the base camp, not an Everest summit expedition. Lodges, guiding and porter support allow you to explore the region on foot, with adaptation days in Namche and Dingboche included in the itinerary.

Your mountain trip with Mirando al Sur

The trail moves from forest and villages into the high-mountain landscape beside the Khumbu Glacier. Monasteries and Sherpa communities give the journey a cultural context beyond reaching Base Camp.

The published technical difficulty is low, but several days are spent at altitude and the Base Camp and Kala Patthar stages are long. Preparation and each participant’s progress matter; objectives and timings can be adapted to conditions.
